What are u doing to get your protein in, if you don't mind

Okay I am one week out and having so many emotions. Plus I have picked up a cold. I am trying to sleep 8-9 hrs a night getting my fluids in, proteins. I guess I am just scared I read so many people that hurt all the time when they eat. I cried a lot last it and today have been down. I keep telling myself its only been one week. I have no problems with drinking..gas is no more.. I guess I am just worrying when I read about all this throwing up.

I say go see your dr. Pronto. Let them check you electrolytes, vitamins..all of it

I understand what u are saying. You want to look healthy and vibrant. You will. Drink the premier protein shakes and keep your protein at 80-90 and u will feel good. Also take that nuiron150 I hear it helps with hair loss. This is a great forum go to your month under support group. You will make buddies!!!

Nuiron 150 is supposed to be helpful. That being said. Order some keratin fibers the color of your hair to hide the sparseness for now. Go to beauty.com. To check out root powder. Go to ultra. Look for the color fibers. Bosley makes them. It does grow back. I understand I lost hair before with anesthesia. Get your protein in!! Coq10 also

I highly recommender Alvarez. I am now post op and having zero problems. I read about others complications and I know I am sooo lucky and blessed b/c so many are regretful and suffering. I read if they are like coffee grounds you shd get to the dr immediately, means there is blood. Fyi
