Doing well exceptionally lucky to have a complication free recovery!!! Down 40 pounds since surgery on 12/17. I lost 15 on my pre-op diet so down 55 all together since December 4th.

I'm in Bentonville had surgery in Dallas 12/17/13! Much cheaper for self pay vs dr roller.

I'm going to be self pay with Dr Nicholson interested in the experiences of those who have used him!!! Than you!

Same thing here!! Doing really good. Working out a lot. Actually about to move to Dallas so that's fun. I was in a huge stall and had to up my calories too!!! But like you, it's working again and I'm down 45 total and 38 since surgery. We are tracking so close to the same! That's reassuring! Started at 308 the day of surgery today I'm 271!!! Down 37 pounds since surgery I lost 15 in pre-op so overall I'm down 52 pounds!

Kiap82 I'm doing pretty good! I upped my calorie intake a couple weeks ago and it's paying off I'm loosing again!! The last 2 weeks I've lost 3 pounds each week, this week it appears that I'm on track to loose more than 3, fingers crossed!! How are you doing??

I do phone follow-ups and I admit I was a little concerned on what I would do if there were complications and my Dr was so far away but fortunately that didn't happen.

I had my surgery Dec 17th was self pay so it made sense for me to fly to Dallas for my surgery 12,200 all inclusive. Today I've lost 38 pounds since surgery had a text book recovery which I'm fortunate for!! I'm able to ear pretty much what ever I want now but only very very small amounts. I push myself to get 800 calories per day early on I was only getting 500-550 per day and my weight loss was slow, since I've upped my calories to 800 I've been averaging 3 pounds per week!! Best decision of my life just wish I would have done this 10 years ago!!

I'm in Arkansas but I used dr Nic in Dallas much less expensive for self pay there!!

Awesome sounds like you are doing good!! How many calories, and protein are you getting a day?? I'm getting 700-750 calories a day and 65-80 grams of protein. I still have a really hard time getting all my water in. I only average 40-50oz per day. How are you doing?Today I finally seen a good move on the scale 278 finally after going up and down for a week. I think my issue is too few calories I've been averaging 500-550 I've made a effort to get closer to 800 and it looks like it maybe working!! I struggle getting my water in too! I found the crystal light pomtini it helps it taste good!

I will be 5 weeks post op tomorrow I'm just curious how long it takes for our stomachs to completely seal and heal??
