Little things can make a huge difference! Protein shakes are much more drinkable over ice.

Try the Unjury Chicken Soup powder mixed with the chicken broth. I love it! Unjury is the only protein powder I use. I make a 2-serving shake with 12 oz. skim milk, 1 serv. Vanilla, 1 serv. Chocolate Splendor, and 4 oz. cold brewed coffee; chill until ready to drink. Really good! Also, try some Vanilla added to a sugar free Orange Sunrise drink; also really good. I also use pineapple extract mixed with Vanilla, or strawberry. These are some options that are working very well for me. I hope they will work for you, too.

The coffee and the pineapple extract both sound delicious - thanks! Have either of you seen the new Fairlife milk? It's got more protein in it than regular milk (13 g for 1 cup vs 8 g). I've been drinking more of that, too. Most of my protein comes from food now, but some days it's just harder to meet that goal than others!
