    My flight is only about an hour, so that is not bad at all. I am just trying to make sure I have all of my questions answered and have no room for confusion since I am going alone. Truthfully I have always been fine going about things by myself and all, but this is a little different! I am just tired of being fat and miserable and really at this point prefer my husband not to even have to witness it anymore! lol

    I live in the Houston area. Yea, I know what you mean about the nutritional aspect of it. I also thought I would try to try out some things now while I am waiting so that I will know what I like and what I do not. No sense wasting what little I can take in on something I do not like!

    New to the forum, thanks to everyone for all of your input. I will have to agree with several of you who have said they are a nervous wreck! I think I am scheduling my surgery with Dr Alvarez on Nov 30th and although I am ready and excited, I am also a little nervous. I will be traveling there by myself so any input is greatly appreciated!
