. I was sleeved 11/25 & I am down 35lbs. Haven't lost any in 2 weeks. I'm getting scared that I will be the only person to lose only 35 after surgery. Wish you luck!

ya it is!! I get 1 meal a day but its only 4ozs so I space it between shakes. Good luck!

Day two pre op, down seven lbs!! I can't say I'm starving but my tummy sure is growling. I think its more cravings than anything. Does not help with a 5yr old wanting brownies and having to cook for my husband and mom n law. O well this is my choice and I feel its the right one. God bless!

Day one of pre-op diet begins today!! Sweet husband of mine just called on his way home from work wanting to know if I wanted Whataburger. Very funny man! Guess I'll go back to sleep with the smell of it testing me. Anybody know of bacon cheese burger sugar free jello? Tuesday I go to Dallas once again but this time is to do my pre-op nutrition class. Yay!! Finally I will learn if I'm going to be tortured or not. Lol thanks for the encouragement! Its awesome to finally be on the down side. 24 more days!! Hope everyone WA great week and bless all the ones who are having it tomorrow!

Happy November! 24 more days till surgery but only 14 till pre-op diet and I have to say Y'all are freakn me out over it! Lol I'm so nervous about it. I think I have will power but I guess I'm fixing to find out how strong it is. Wish everyone good luck and lots of prayers and certainly strength! We can do this, I can do this!!

14 days till I start pee op diet and I'm really worried I'm gone spaz out and eat everything in the house. I know once I get my surgery on the 25th I'll be fine. Any tips on making it through it? Good luck to everyone who is having theirs soon.

I've had 2 back surgeries both this is in a total different area. Lol I'm starting to get nervous and about the week before I will probably try to back out, then m husband will say "woman what's your problem". I'll cry a little and make a million excuses, he'll hug me and say "get over it already" then ill call my little sissy and get my pep talk. I'm goofy like that. I am worried about the pre-op diet more than anything.

Dr Scott is out of UTSW. Are you getting nervous? I live close to Waco, in Axtell by the way.
