Recipe builder - Nutrition Facts

Does anyone have a good resource that will figure the Nutrition Facts per serving for a homemade recipe? I'm making taco chili this evening (an old WW favorite) but want to make sure I figure my fat, calories and most importantly protein correctly. -

Gummy vitamins/vitamin chews

My mom is a bariatric certified nurse and works in a Surgical Weight Loss Center of Excellence. She picked up my vitamins for me and they are gummy. I'd say they should be OK. -
2 weeks out - first day on soft foods!
whitgetfit posted a topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I am officially two weeks post-op as of today! I've never been so excited to eat scrambled eggs, and currently working on some chili (mostly the juice and a couple beans). What I'm having trouble with so far is knowing when I'm full - simply because I'm not hungry even when I start to eat. I ate about half an egg and stopped this morning because I was afraid of being miserable. I've eaten maybe an 8th a cup of chili and could keep going, (remember I'm not necessarily hungry and wasn't to begin with) to try to get in more calories and Protein, but then again I feel like I should stop to avoid misery. Has anyone else had trouble knowing they are full without getting to that over-stuffed painful feeling? It's so weird to not be hungry! -

Dr. Tompkins did my surgery as well, on Oct. 7. I've had a wonderful experience so far.
