I have read that week 3 is a slow week but I am on week 5 and no weight loss in 2 weeks. I am barely eating and it's hard to get down more than 1 protein drink. What am I doing wrong. So many others are down 30 or 40 pounds by week 5 I am only down 20.
I had my surgery on September 27th so we will be walking the same path. Good luck. Lord knows I am going to need it. I was 285 and now I am 263 it's not a lot but it's better than nothing. I am hoping for better weeks to come.
I am sort of bummed out that in 3 weeks time all I have lost is 10 pounds. I am only drinking protein shakes and soup. Any idea what the problem could be?
