So, I have stopped the creep! Adding in skinny popcorn, taking a bite or two of candy here and there, snacking on my husbands blue chips because I can. It is time to get re-focused with this and since stopping...my creepy crawler has returned from my stomach. The 'monster that lives within' has resurfaced

It's great to know that I haven't ruined my 'sleeved' pouch with this stuff because it is picking up on signals of fullness again! Also, it is interesting to note that when you go back to those foods that got us this way in the first place, how you can actually eat more of it and never feel full. Something's definitely wrong with our food industry!
