      come on girl you can do it!!! step on that nasty scale - we shouldn't overdue going on scale - but sometimes you need to know where you are - i'm sure you are doing great - keep up the good work

      Hope you can make it on the 20th. I'd love to see your progress since we first met in July. I'm down 15 lbs since surgery 3 weeks ago. Still on pureed and smooshed foods. Now need to incorporate much more walking!!
