Well, the office is moving today to our new location. I will split my time between one campus and another campus, so a lot of uncertainty and confusion. I am an internal stresser, which means that I will appear to have things under control, but inside, I'm bouncing off the walls. Herein lies the problem... My food of choice while going through this change is Skinny Pop Popcorn. I am a habit of eating when stressed. Help me get through this!

I know just what you mean about stress eating, my stress, sick, bored, mad, any emotion food was always ice cream and I can't touch it anymore, popcorn honey isn't so bad, get a small small bowl and say to yourself that you will only eat what fits in the bowl and eat only that!!! I know it's not easy but allow yourself that little bit and then when your done just tell yourself, that is all!!!
