Called clinic this morning to inquire about secondary approval. Person that I have been working with said that she will call insurance company to find out and if they still deny she will send me the waiver. Once waiver is received they will begin scheduling another date for surgery. She told me this happened because the hospital wants the extra liability if they can get it. WHAT?!?
