Missed my nutritionist visit because of my work week. I called in to let them know ahead of time and left a message but didn't hear back. Hope this miss doesn't cause a delay in the surgery...

Do they have an email address? If so, that might be a better option because then you have a paper trail that you have attempted to contact them.
