The last couple weeks I have only been loosing like 2 lbs a week and I am getting frustrated, although I know 2 lbs a week is good I thought I would loose more? Gotta kick up the intensity of exercise?
I would caution more intensive exercise Pupi, your body will get used to that and will require it. That is unless you want to workout like that then no problem. I have chosen not to workout like that because my temperament changes about exercise. Good luck and I think you are doing great!
