Wow, I haven't posted anything since December 17! Well, I'm back and with a better attitude. I'm realizing that exercise is the only thing that will help me during these tough times, so I'm making plans to HIT THAT GYM! Yep, the gym to see if I can shock my long aggravating stall back into 'How you do'in' phase!!!

I hear ya mama, I haven't really been posting much, and have been in a downward slump, this dang weather makes me so dang depressed and I have had so much crap going on that I am just in no mood to think about eating right or exercising and I am finding that old habits were creeping back in and I am seeing it but not doing anything to stop it? I have to get out of this slump now cause I have a wedding in 22 weeks and I am trying to get that together and I am just so blah, so I need to get out of the slump I am in and get my rear to the gym and get motivated too!!! I need to get the rest of my weight off, I only have 24 lbs to go to my goal, and I would love to be there by the wedding date atleast?

I'm glad you're feeling better Pup! Surgery can set you back from your goal. What I am loving about my weight is that I must be at a set-point because I'm at the same place even during the holiday treats. Thank goodness! I know that if I just get on a machine, stuff will start melting off, I just need the motivation to stick with it for a bit. I don't beat myself up too hard because we are living a human existence/experience and I'm quite happy with the way that I look and feel, but wouldn't it be nice to get those extra poundages off?
