Just frustrated, cause I know 2lbs a week is good, but I want to get to where I want to be, and I would like to atleast be atleast at the 1/2 point by 7 months out? I don't want to loose momentum? I want to keep losing?? Maybe just a little more than what I am doing now???
I'm getting ready to start the HIIT workout plan. Its short but effective and then I'll do the weights for about 15 minutes and call it a day. I don't want the gym to consume my life.
