The ups and downs of that damn scale!!! If I eat too many carbs, yet have the right amount of calories, the scale will either not move or move in the direction that I don't want it too. If I eat low carbs and eat less calories with exercise, the scale does the same or I lose weight. WHAT IS THE RIGHT COMBINATION?!?!?!!!???

Hey darlin, do you have a nutritionist? I have my 8 week checkup this Thursday, I am excited cause my incision is finally closed up, but at the same time nervous, I still am unable to eat a whole lot of things? I know I have lost weight, but at 2 months I was hoping for more???? I guess I am just expecting more out of what I am doing than I should. I mean I did have a whole month and a half that my incision was opened and I couldn't do a whole lot? I eat right, I get in my protein as much as I can, and I eat lots of good stuff, so I should be ok? I guess i shouldn't judge how I am doing by how others do?

BigGirlPanties, I eat protein first all the time. I take in roughly 800 calories per day, protein first, skim moz cheese, jello, cottage cheese and I'm always reading the label of stuff before I buy it to ensure it has some protein in it. Little to no carb snacking yet with fruit and beans that I eat the carbs sometimes runs high. Hate it. But thanks for the advice.
