  2. I met my program partner at a meeting this morning and when I got out the car, he said, 'well hello there skinny!' He knows about my procedure but great to hear it from someone other than my family members. Great NSV!!!

      Take a spongy ball and put it under your chin, and exercise that area by pushing down on the ball???? It works!!! lol looks funny but who cares??? Do it at home while watching tv or when you relax????

      Ya'll are so funny on my post! LOL!!! Glad to know that you feel comfortable on my site, too funny! Anyhoo, BigGirlPanties, I am a program manager at my college and I work with Deans and Directors of other programs and beyond. So it was good to hear those words. BTW, my face is skinnier too. I'm not predisposed of the wattle but I sure am with the wings. Geez, I wish I could shrink those, however; I'm working on it!

      LMAO, Blade, I have the bat wings too!!! We can try to fly together!!! hahaha, you know what I do I have a stretchy band tied to my bed post and while I am sitting watching tv or something I grab it and stretch it in front of me to work on my triceps that is whats going to work on the wings!!! lol

  6. Been craving a hot banana nut bread or a slice of chocolate cake BADLY! Just having a sweet tooth craving that won't let up. What should I do???

      Get some fudgicles, Whenever I feel like sweets I get one and suck on it, and it helps!!!

  8. I don't hope to get skinny, however, at times I wonder how low can I go just to see the model within HA! But as a tall and older chick, I would look scary and unhealthy and I don't want that. I love an ass that is a bit pronounced and curves like a brick house AW! So I guess, no to being skinny.

      Blade What is the HllT workout plan? I haven't heard of that one? Relief it so is, I knew it was too but it sometimes drags longer than you can handle?

      It's interval training. You do 1 minute of fast intense training on the treadmill or bike and do 4 minutes of low-moderate cardio. Repeat three-four times and DONE! I used to do it a long time ago but forgot about it. It's a weight loss/fat burner. Look it up and try it!

  15. If you are a grown a--woman, then do the latter. I would only share it with her if you don't have anyone to support you and if you knew that you could trust her to keep it private. Good luck with your decision.
  16. Go for protein first, it will keep you full for much longer. Make the stuff that you are eating your snack foods in low quantity and that should do the trick. Good luck. BTW, this is something that you will always have to be reminded to do when you get stuck.

    I drink coffee, do you? I know that it is an addiction and we are told to not drink coffee after the sleeve because it could cause ulcers. I have also read that when that happens the doctors will recommend a bypass surgery because the sleeve is damaged. What have they suggested?

    14 Months Out and Counting!

    There has always been truth about whether a person is small, medium, and large framed. You can find a measurement scale to find out for yourself on the web. I recently found out that I am medium framed when all along I thought I was 'big boned' HA! Same as you, I don't want to be skinny, I like curves, so the chart says I should be around 165-170 at my frame and I'll be happy around 180-185. You do look absolutely fabulous!

    I am open anytime, thinking Maple Grove is a neutral place between champlin and golden valley. How does the Olive Garden sound. We could do appetizers - not that expensive if we share it. Or even soup. I'm flexible with date and time right now.
  20. I miss sitting down with my family and others with a full plate of food, talking about what taste good and enjoying fellowship without the chance of getting sick. I still have a hard time with that and taking in too much air or swallowing food too fast without chewing while socializing over a meal. Panic sets in and I'm right...there goes the good times. I'm truly hoping to master that art one day.

    Weight gain panic?

    Look, when we reach another diet stage we begin to test the waters. I remember trying pretzel chips and beef Jerky bites. Ok, not trying them, but it was a love for weeks. I could eat 'real foods!' I couldn't understand why the scale wasn't moving anymore and I was gaining 2-3 pounds. So, I stopped buying that stuff and went back to the original plan and slowly the weight started coming back off. Your weight gain could easily be from salt intake or adding crackers and stuff like that. Go back and read what they say about other food types and make sure you are drinking your Water. Good luck you can do this!
  23. Guys, I have mood swings about the gym. Some weeks I'm motivated and others I am not. When I'm not motivated it feels like I'm walking through cement to make it there. Any suggestions to keep the momentum?
