So your problems are : snacking, and not taking your Protein in. If you take in all your protein and eat every few hours like they say you should you will not need to snack and you have to exercise. I am post of only 3 weeks but protein makes a huge difference or at least for me.

Try adding unflavored to anything lol unless its over that crazy temp than it becomes thick and nasty, but I mixed schoop of my unflavored into tuna mayo , well I am on pureed but you get idea. Anything that will kill its nasty taste lol Good Luck tomorrow Jennifer. -

I am probably worst to comment but sometimes I forget to eat until I start feeling little shaky then I am like oh crap I didnt eat for while lol But, I tried tuna in Water, chicken in water, lentil Soup (crushed), togurts, I have few books on surgery and cookbook for surgery, thats about 250 recipes in all stages. But, I tolerate best tuna and chicken mixed with mayo or sour cream in blender of course. I try to stick to book recipes cause they let me know how much Protein each thing has. -
