I have struggled with the decision to tell or not tell. I have decided to tell people as I feel the need to. I told my immediate family, my roller derby team, and a few close friends. Mostly just my support network in order to ensure I am successful. Some of my longest standing friends I am nervous to tell, for the ost part I have been pleasantly surprised with people's response. I am doing self pay in Mexico. Most of the questions come out of concern for my well being during and immediately after surgery. I have been able to discuss those issue and don't a lot of promising for updates as I wake up from surgery. I have been big my whole life as I lose more and more weight I am sure questions will circulate and I plan on making the decision to share I had surgery on a case by case basis.

My surgeon and Nutritionist do no allow gummy vitamins. They didn't say anything about how they expand' date=' but they do not have all the same Vitamin values of regular Vitamins. And if you actually read the label, its true. The gummies are missing one of the B vitamins. Also they do not absorb as well as the chewables. I use the Flintstones Complete vitamins and take two a day. Plus my extra Calcium and B12.[/quote']The children's flints tone vitamins?

Am I seeing this correctly??? Some of you ladies are getting taller as you are taking the weight off? I guess it makes sense with the compression of the spine and maybe some posture issues... Maybe...IDK. DANG I never thought I could get taller . 5'11" is tall enough for this girl.

I have always been big, if I can get to 200 lbs I will go from there and see how I feel.

Hi . I'm Jan. Getting sleeved in TJ at the OCC Nov 25th. My starting weight was 345, got it down to 331 as of yesterday. I start the liquid diet on nov 7th, I am worried about the diet but know it is for the best. I am heading to TJ with 2 friends, we are all getting sleeved. We all play roller derby in northern Alberta, I can't wait to get this weight off so I can fly around the track!
