Surgery is Tuesday the 29th...Yikes !! Two week pre-op diet started out rough, but going great now. Can't believe how fast the time is going. Best wishes to all October sleevers. -

4th day on preop diet...headaches are getting better. Withdrawal from caffeine and estrogen replacement at the same time makes this momma' grumpy!!!! Surgery is still scheduled for the 29th at 11am. Had labwork and final surgeon visit yesterday ! Getting sooooo excited Good luck to all the October sleeves....I'm still learning to navigate this site, so forgive me if I have not responded. -

October 29th. I started 2 week pre-op diet yesterday. Excited and anxious for the next step in this journey :-) -
Hello gang, I'm Deb. I am 46 years old. Wife, mother,sister,aunt, daughter and an RN. Currently a stay at home mom and online student completing my BSN. I am scheduled for VSG on October 29th. A dear friend on facebook is also preparing for this procedure,and suggested I join this forum. :-)
