Update on "I'm starving". I'm five day into my pre-op protein diet and its getting easier. I stepped on the scales this morning and liked what I saw. From 247 to 238. Yeah, I can do this for sure. I don't know really where the weight lose is unless my earlobes are smaller. Lol! Seriously this is going to be an awesome ride. -

My dr wants me to do 2 protein replacement meal with one solid meal of protein and veggies for two weeks. 2nd day and starving. Does it get any easier? I also hope I don't have this starving feeling after my surgery on the 4th of Nov. -

I get hungry mainly in the afternoon and evening. Would make since to be able to snake on zero cal veggies. Or low cal at Least. No one really has told me what the purpose of the protein diet pre-op is for anyway. Which would be the best meals to replace? Thanks for all y'all's input. -
