:bored:can some help me to understand how to use this site to as a tool to help me i dont no how to put the ticker on or to reply back to anyone cause i new to this kind of stuff. i have question about my weight loss it has been 3 weeks and i have lost 9lbs since the week before ny surgery. doc sad i had no restriction on food so i have been eating same food as before surgery just less in one sitting but about every 3-4 hrs.

:scared2:This is my first time to this site, I was banded 6-26-08. I have lost 9lbs. I get my first fill about 2 weeks. I live in Kansas City MO. Dr Steven Malley is my Doctor.

Dont be nervous. The surgery is not bad at all, i felt great the day after just a little sore.
