I am soooo scared I ak going to fail at this. I am 4 weeks out and have lost 30 lb so far but this week I lost ni weight. I am still on soft diet. I am also doing a good job following my nutritionist. Has this happened to anyone??? -
Has anyone done isagenix shake on soft diet stage. My doc tell me to eat soft meals 4 times a day plus a protein shake. I am sick in unjury, to the point it makes me gag.

I felt it today and it's been 2 weeks since ny surgery. I think it could also be lack or potassium, I would have th same feeling after a hard work out when I was in college playing tennis. ... the skinny days lol -
Did anyones blood pressure go up after surgery? My was at normal range and below, now it's a bit higher then normal (not too high either).

Thanks everyone I has surgery 2 weeks ago today. My bp has always been normal at the hospital it was very low. Maybe it the whole transformation process.
