    Does anyone walk several miles a day and drink a lot of Water? Will that help a lot with rapid or faster weight loss? Melanie

    I dont know about that... Im starting my 4th week after surgery and I cant eat almost anything with out getting sick except soft scrambled eggs and fat free low carb turkey chili! Why???? And im wallking a few miles a day taking my vitamin and drinking a lot of water and still no weight loss!!!
