Thank you was felling rather down yesterday you helped a lot. I lie in small town and the closest support meeting is 80 miles away at 7pm at night.I don't know anyone who has had the surg.so finding this site has been great!!

thanks I think maybe I'm just rushing to eat real food. I can't stand the protein drinks and I'm getting burnt out on greek yogurt any sugestions on protein.
