I too purchased the Enspira, although I never felt that I had to. During the pre-op diet I tolerated the Enspira, but didn't find it that great. However, after the surgery, I have found that all the other protein powders I have bought are too sickening sweet for me now and I really like the Enspira because it isn't too sweet for me.
