  1. Hi Niki good luck on your journey, it is so exciting, I had my op just over three weeks ago. You should probably check with your dietician or the doctors surgery, I was allowed lean meat and veg the first week and then only veg the second along with the optifast, I wasn't able to have fruit at all. Take care.
  2. Thank you Kelliv & Misty appreciate your support and advice
  3. I seem to be having the opposite problem , I am just over three weeks and I am really struggling to reach the 800 calories I have been told to eat, I am making sure I get enough protein but just can't seem to do the calories. Is this normal at this stage?

  10. Hi Kaz wow that is exciting, where are you located? Make sure you have a clear understanding of the pre and post op diet program as all Dr seem to be a bit different in what they want you to do. Apart from that you probably have most of your info from the research you have done. Good luck!

    Any October sleevers?

Hi, it can be hard but what I do is have a 750ml bottle and I try to make sure that I finish that by lunch and then the second bottle by dinner, I carry it with me everywhere just to remind myself to keep sipping. You will get there!!
