Snowbird: Im with you. Them Soft tortillas are killer on me to.. As much as I love them.... I usually stuck with chips or possible hard taco. But sometimes in the Mexican rest the shredder cheese gets me.

Okay, Ive been on bp meds since before my surgery on 12/07. Today I was out at the store and every time I bent over and came back up i was dizzy and thought i was gonna pass out. So I went over to the machine and check my bp. Well it came up 104/67. Now from that machine its under the normal range.But how low should it go. Any advice would be great.If keeps up like this over the weekend i will call doc on MOn.

Well not so good day yesteday. Hit a brick wall and had Domino's pizza. I usually cant handle pizza but tried thin crust. I thought someone was gonna have to pull me away from it!! But then came this morning.Got up and hit the scale and still lost another pound. Im behaving today. Might hit the amusement park and do some walking
