    Mine is Nov 14th. I don't have to do any special diets before. Just lite diet 3 days before and liquid the day before. I too am nervous and excited at the same time.

    Hi my name is Tonja. I have scheduled my surgery for Nov 14, 2013. I am a little nervous. Any pointers? I have been thinking about doing the lap band for roughly 3 years now.
