I was approved and have a date of March 26th. OMG, this is only 3 weeks away.

Atkins, there are also free online healthy eating websites that you can try out, there is also an app for "My fitness pal" that you can put on your phone. Any health membership or if you ordered any exercise DVD's most include some type of health eating plan with them. Good luck with you journey.

It is really scary, I am in the same boat. Have had the lap band since 2007. I go for my Upper GI next week. Good luck on your journey

I'm in, have had problems, horrible acid reflux, wakes me up in the middle of the night. Who knows the damage that has been done.

Hi, I also have the small AP band, I had no fill at surgery, got a 2.5 cc fill last week and had no restriction so I went in today and got another 2.5 cc's. I am feeling pretty good right now, how about you? Jackie
