    Wow I understand you situation I told no1 but my hubby and told him don't say anything 2 no1 I even made up a lie incase ppl started questioning about my weight loss well well well my hubby went 2 work and told his boss that has the biggest mouth and said he 4got #shame on him

    It last with me 4 6months u can take some biotin and use biotin products on your hair might help a lil & make sure u don't put any harsh chemicals n your hair good luck

    I started my journey @ 235 pounds day of surgery 215 pounds had surgery april 4th 2013 was n a size 16 now I'm n a size 6-8 depending on the make I currently weigh 138 pounds I'm so happy but don't wanna loose anymore weight congrats 2 u all we have done a wonderful job now all we have 2 do is stay FOCUS

    My start weight was 215 and I thought the same thing yes we do loose slower but we will loose I am now 9months post op and below my goal weight (149 pounds)I wanted 2 get down 2 155pounds my doc said I will get down 2 135pounds I don't wanna b that small good luck 2 u on our journey I'm gonna try 2 put a b4 and after pic up

    Really can't say what size pants I was n b4 because I wore them real tight or sweats I would say bout a size 16 n jeans & xl n sweats I'm down 83pounds & now n a reg size 8 & jeans that stretch a size 6 thank god 4 my sleeve congrats everyone

    I ate a piece of sweet potatoe pie and the next day had a small slice of German chocolate cake only 4 the holiday will not make it a habit oh & a cup of wine 4 sips I was feeling tipsy almost drunk I don't like alcohol anymore wish I could say the same about sweets & btw I'm 8 months post op start weight 215 current weight 149

    I have lost so much have its a shame I am now 8 months out the shedding has slowed down like 2months ago I've always had a shedding prob but never like this thank god they make wigs I take biotin I don't know what else 2 do any suggestions
