You eat and drink at the same time ? U not suppose 2

I stay so cold also my hubby say I am killing him with the heat wow I thought it was just me

My hair get tangled a lot now after I wash it it has nots of hair that I can't get out without loosing hair

It can cause bad chest pain ur stomach starts b4 u think it do close 2 ur chest so if u drink or eat 2 much it can cause pain and discomfort

I sometimes eat what I am craving also & sometimes I eat 2much of it or feel like I do n my mind no I do AOL but I don't do it often

I didn't tell any 1 either except my FAM that live with me I don't think its anyone buisness unless I wanna tell them and people always have something negative 2 say good luck on your journey I am loving mine some emotional problems the 1st month but after that ive been great

My pysch was a joke also I was in and out in 2 min he asked me did I have a support team and do I know its other ways that's it I spent more time with the lady @ the front desk giving my copay & waiting 4 my receipt lol

I was talking 2 my husband about the same thing how people say 2 bites & that's it 4 them I'm not like that @the very beginning like the 1st week I count 2 sixty b4 swallowing my food & take a 30 sec break between bites I think that's prob y I can get more in or my doc didn't give me a tight sleeve cause I was 215 when I 1st came into his office & also it depends on the food u eat 2 heavier food u eat less lighter foods u can eat more of that's how it is 4 me anyway I am 8 months out & depending on what I'm eating I can eat the whole plate small plate lol good luck 2 u

Sorry 2 hear that try diff things I use 2 & still do drink crystal light decaf tea water with lemon and I have a slushie maker so I'm eating 5 to 6. 12 ounce cups a day no flavor just ice but I have some sugar free kind in case I want 2 spice it up & icicles good luck

I know that's right I had a half glass of wine & was really feeling it & I will b 9months post op on the 4th of jan

I am 36years old I had the surgery April 4th 2013 start weight 215 now 149 I am so happy with my decision my only concern is when am I gonna stop loosing I don't want 2 look sickly just know this is a LIFETIME CHANGE I started back smoking cigarettes worse thing I could have ever done but only thing I can do is quit & do better good luck 2 u & ur decision
