    Hi Everyone First of all Happy New Year! I have only recently come across the Isopure Zero Carb Protein Drink (ready to drink). Is anyone else using them? Do they make a difference to your daily protein intake? Any feedback would be appreciated.

    Hi there Just wanted to say hi to all the members of this group/forum. I have recently been "sleeved". Surgery date - 05/10/2013, and today is day 11 post op. I weighed 87kg when i started the pre-op liquid diet a week before surgery. 11 days post op I now weigh 80kg. Thanks for all the wonderful information on this site and forum. It's been truly helpful.
