How is everyone doing?

I like to work out in the evening. I work from home so that seems to be the best time for me. Keep up the great work Christie!

Great job I am a little behind to. I skipped two days but I am keeping track and going to make it up. I figure it will be a lot easier to make it up later on when I am in better shape from doing it everyday. Also please share if you feel a change in your body and/or the scale! ~You go girls

I have pain in my chest every evening. Right were it hurts when you are stuck. I know I am really tight so I am hoping thats what it is.

Okay so my goal in 2008 is to do 500 miles on the treadmill.. Would anyone like to join in on the fun? ~It is only 1.36/Miles a day!! We can do it :clap2:

I love salads too!!!! I get the prepackaged stredded lettuce. It is alot easier going down for me.

Yes I have hypothyroidism and I had Lap Band surgery 7/30/07 and have lost 45 pounds! I love it!!!!
