I did not any complications. A month out I have never threw up. I was back at work after a week I have lost 25 Lbs I am 5'7" weight 229 on my surgery date during week 3 I hit a stall but just stared working out. I have more energy looking forward to going down to about 170 -

I am in Houston as we'll . I had my surgery done on the 1st of October and flew into SanDiego they pick me up at the Airport within 20 min we were in Tijuana MX . Flew in on Tuesday morning return home on Sat I have lost about 25 lbs thus far. We event went sight seeing in Tijuana had 0 complications -

I'm feeling great. Liquid consumption haven't been easy . I drink 2 protein shakes a day and dissolve some crystal light on 2 ozarka bottles of 16.9 oz along with some broth.
