I've been working on this protein shake for three hours! UGH! I miss being able to chug liquid!!

At first, I was just plain making my shakes too big because I diluted the liquid to make it easier to swallow. But, I never could finish a 12-16 ounce shake. So, I just started making them smaller, like no bigger than 6-8 ounces. Even early on, I could drink that much in a hour if I took a couple of ounces every 15 minutes.
