July 1st 2008 I flew to Detroit, Michigan and had lap-band surgery. Everything went well. I was in the hospital 2 days and flew back to Kansas. One month later I had already lost 30 pounds and was very excited. One year later August 2009 I had dropped from 330 pounds to 186 pounds. I stayed at that weight and was very pleased with my success and happy with my weight as I am a large framed woman. February of 2012 I had 2 heart attacks within one weeks time and was hospitalized for 7 days. When I came home I went into a deep depression and have gradually gained weight back until the present and I am weighing 260 pounds as of now. I am teetering back and forth from 250 to 260. I loose it just to gain in back. Right now I dont have the money to see my lap-band doctor but am praying that after the first of the year I will be able to go. I am very sad and dissapointed in myself but have some hope of getting back on track.
