    Good luck. I had my band put in holoween night (Oct) 31st and weighed 317lbs. I had a routine checkup with my family Dr yesterday and weighed 301lbs. I could not believe I lost 16lbs in about 4-5 days. Its awesome. I'm loving my protein shakes
