I've had a weight problem my whole life it was never about sweets it's Food. But I also hve had health issues, I never do breakfast but w/ the banding its a must! Since surgery I've lost jus about 30 lbs, in less than 30 day's. I wlk a lot I hve 2 dog's so tht helps, I take the bus 2 & from wrk I'm happy w/ my choice were I'm hving a problem is breakfast I'm up @ 5am don't hve time 2 cook but I'm makin an effort I am takin it 1 day @ a time, support meeting, family so I KNIW everything will b alrite :-)
