I actually feel the same way. I was just saying that to my husband the other day. I feel like people are just being nosey. If you really want to know how I did it then private message me on Facebook. Ughh some people just don't get it!

I get the neck tension and swollen throat if I have a couple bites too much and my band is tight. The protein shake could've been sitting in your stomach still and the applesauce with the pill could have just filled you up to much.

We have had our ups and down but I am 116 pounds down (6 below goal), I feel amazing. It's still a learning experience everyday. I celebrated with an a awesome NSV!! I was able to go on a ride without worrying if I could fit in the seat. I was actually a little scared because I was moving around so much from the extra room I had

Happy one year bandanniversary to me!

No I was adamant when I started that I wouldn't have extra skin lol...well it didn't work out as well as planned but I also think it could have been a lot worse if I didn't exercise or eat right and drink my water. I don't have much but what I do does bother me. I find ways to hide it. I knew I would never have a bikini body so I'm ok with what I have. There are some days that I think about skin removal surgery but I'm just going to keep working toward toning up what I can. -

I have trouble with wine. If I even have a glass my stomach gets very swollen and I can't eat the next day. I've chosen to just cut it out. It causes my stomach to much pain.

Thanks ladies. Sometimes it hard to see when looking in a mirror. So little reminders like this are awesome!

My cousin has the same problem. She recently started using hemp protein. I haven't done much research on it yet but it doesn't seem to bother her and she is extremely sensitive to dairy. Hope this helps

I'm glad that you know that you need to have an unfill. I went thru the same thing in the beginning of the year and my doctor kept telling me to wait another week. I knew my body and how crappy I felt that I told him I didn't want to. I'm sure you will start feeling better after an unfill. Good luck
-
Thank you I also try to but sometimes it's hard. I was curious what everyone else did.
-
Do you guys/gals still eat 60-80 grams of protein even after your weight loss "goal"?
-
I went to the gas station this morning and ran into my neighbor. I started talking to him and he was being very cautious and kinda stand offish. So I kept it short, thought maybe he was in a hurry. So as he was going out the door I invites to a Fourth of July party at our house. He looks at me all weird and goes "jess" and I said yes. He's like omg I didn't know it was you. I guess his wife mentioned to him that she thought Ryan (my husband) had a new girlfriend or had gotten remarried. They had no clue it was still me. I guess it's a great compliment but I wonder how many other people think my husband is remarried lol
-
It was too funny! I think at first he thought I was some weird stalker chick inviting him to her Fourth of July party lol...I said to him, what do you think happen to me? He's like, I wasn't sure but I was upset because we liked you!

Thank you

If it's after I eat mine sometimes will. My port always sticks out more when I'm full. I usually wear tighter tank tops under my shirts. It's not something that anyone would notice unless I point it out.
-
Mine also sticks out. I've just accepted that it will always be there. I heard something about a skinny girls port but I've tried to research it and nothing has came up.

300 pounds later....am I living a dream or is this in fact reality?

What an amazing story thanks for sharing your journey! -
I don't want this to come off wrong! So I've been at my "goal weight" for a little while now. People have been saying to me, "omg your so skinny" and " don't loose anymore weight". Well of course I don't see it. I haven't exercised in 2 weeks and I've been trying to eat more in hopes of maintaining my current weight. Well I've lost another 5 pounds. I'm not complaining but I'm lost. I really don't want to get an unfill because I feel like it is perfect where I am now. And the past couple days my "pouch" feels irritated. So I think I'm going to stick to mushy and liquids for the weekend. But I'm not really sure what to do at this point. I don't want to lay off the protein because my hairs been falling out pretty bad so I'm trying to stick with at least 60 grams a day.
-
I think I will most def call my surgeon Monday. I did go a couple weeks ago to my pcp and had a whole blood panel done and everything came back great. I started taking the biotin a couple weeks ago also. I've always had thyroid issues so my hair has always fallen out but it seems to have gotten worse. I know it's common with weight loss but I didn't think It would be this bad. It's not noticeable but it bothers me lol. I am down to 123. I know that for my height the "normal" weight is 113 or around there. I just started getting concerned when people tell me I'm too skinny. Tho yes I do enjoy when I meet new people and they can't tell that I was ever fat. What I basically started doing is eating 5 times a day instead of 3. Maybe once I start getting back into my normal exercise schedule things will go back to normal :/

Go weigh your laundry basket

Lol I felt the same way when I tried to lift two bags of goat food together. They are 40 pounds a piece. It's incredible to think about how you physically can't carry something yet, you were carry it around.
