Hi everyone!....I've been reading the threads for awhile now and finally am getting around to posting ...I've lost 38 lbs with pre diet, was banded 7/31/13 and I'm now down another 62 lbs. My original goal was to loose 110lbs. So that being said I'm 10 from my goal and decided that I now want to kick my nicotine addiction. But I'm so afraid if gaining any weight. As it is the past 2 weeks I've been working out non stop 6 days a week and being very on point with my eating, yet I gained a pound back!! Any advice on either would be appreciated
