Id dbl check with your doc, a friend of mine had lost weight so she quit using her's then later had a stroke ,cause of not using her cpap..guess everyone is different. -
I also have PCOS. .the side affects of it for a girl is nothing anyone can understand unless you have it. I completely understand everything your saying. This week I lost my first 20 pds. I feel GREAT. Good luck to you.

I too feel like a chia pet almost everyday...That's my worst and most hated side effect of pcos...I hope the weight loss really helps. My doc says it will.
