Maybe you should try adding a few calories. That would kick up your metabolism

My nutritionist said at least 64 oz of water. But I sip all day long so I don't get bloated. I consume about 80grams of protein. But, I am still on the liquid diet. Talk to your NUT and see what he/she says.

I see my doctor on Friday . Let me know how things work out tomorrow with your doctor. Good luck on going back to work tomorrow .

I am going back on Saturday. I stayed home for about 10 days. I hope it's enough. Are u still on the full liquid diet?

Congratulations on the 14lbs. That's great! How long did you stay home from the surgery ? I have been home for a week and gradually started my normal routine . I do feel stronger. Also, I am a RN and I work 12 hour shifts so, I know where u r coming from. Can u stay home a little longer?

I lost 5 lbs already from the surgery. The soreness has subsided and I feel good again. Getting used to the full liquid diet. I see my dietician in a few days and maybe I can start mushy foods. I am optimistic .
