    Hello, My Surgery Date is November 21st. I start my 2 week pre-op diet next Thurday. I live in Morris, IL and my surgery is in New Lenox @ Silver Cross Hospital. Tuesday I go to a 4 hour diet/excercise class & next Friday is my pre-op Blood Work.

    Hello! I just got my surgery date this past Friday.....NOVEMBER 21st. Woohoo Im in Morris, Illinois.....bout an hour southwest of Chicago.
