I have been overweight all my life.
I have tried many, many diets and failed. I've been on Medi Fast, Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers and many other "fad" diets. Sure, I lost 10 or 20 pounds, here and there, but always gained it back, and more, as soon as I quit the diet.
I decided this is the year! I have gained enough weight that mobility has become cumbersome and I don't want to live my life that way.
I am currently finishing up my cardio and pulmonary clearances and then it's on! I am anticipating a band date in November or December. I am nervous!!
