I been having problems with Diverticulitis in the past 2 years, I was banded in Jan 2005 and was doing ok. My questions is my surgery to remove part of my colon will be March 16, does anyone know if i need to get a complete unfill for this? I read about where you get tubes down your nose to your stomach for drainage. I am scared but i had to many infections in the past year and its very painful. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Hi, I havent posted in a long time but I wanted everyones advice, I am interested in finding out information on permanent makeup, I dont wear alot of make but pencil eyeliner and lip gloss but I wanted to get my eyes done permanently so I only have to wear lip gloss. Can anyone tell me their experince with this, did you like it? Would you do it again if you could? Where did you go? (I am in Lakewood, California) Please I really want to find out peoples experience about this topic. By the way I restarted my weight loss after about of year of being off the wagon and gaining 15 pounds, I already lost 5 and its been only 3 weeks, I went back to the gym and I am getting a trainer to help me loose the last 15 pounds. I think you just have to really look around and find out if the place is safe and clean, its a tatoo so you want to make sure the needles and everything else is steral and very clean. The more I see on you tube the videos about permanent make up the more I want to get it done.

Wow thats a little pricey, I got one quote over the phone for $200 eyes, 225 lipliner and 300 for the whole lips.

I want it done so i dont have to ever worry about my make up smearing, I have droopy eyes so when I wear my make up on top it always smears and i hate it so I stopped using it that way. What is the cost of permanent make up? Where did you go? Thanks again for the people who take time to response, I dont usually post because the few time I have i dont really get much response. Dr. Martinez Romero is one that i had a consultation with and did not choose him, please look up his name on the internet, he came out on the news last year because someone died when they went to him for surgery, the daughters of the lady that died came out speaking about what happened. Esmeralda

Hi, My name is Esmeralda, I was banded on 01/07/05 by Dr. Kuri and I am strugguling with my band. First of all I would like to find some band buddies to talk to people when I am getting discouraged and also meet with people and share notes and experiences. I started at 243.5 and I am at 227 as of today, I feel like I could do better but for some reason I am not as motivated as I was in the begginging, I cheat alot and I feel so bad about it but I don't know how to snap out of that. I feel that I invested allot of money, so I cheat myself out of using this tool properly. I am a single mother of 2 boys, I have a full time job and I really don't have time just for me. Thank you doctor for you response. The swelling in my legs is finally gone but I still have some bruising on the sides of my legs and on the lower part close to my knees. As for the itching it seems like its finally going away also but I have my days. I am 2 weeks out today and I still have a pulling burning feeling in the middle of my belly I think it may be because he had to redo my belly button because with the tummy tuck it didnt come out right so he fixed it and its still healing.

Hi Dr. Schulman I had lipo done (April 3) in my upper and lower stomach including my pubic area, my sides of my waist and my upper sided (under my arm pitts) my question is since I developed this severe itching all over where the lipo was done and I can't seem to find anything to relieve me of it. Why am i having so much itching. Also I also had really bad swelling and burising in the inner thinghs all the way down to my knees but only in the inside of my legs why would this happen??? Thank you!

Wow that's a large amount you would still have to pay. I guess if you can pay for it go for it I know if I were ever in that situation their would be no way, I am a single mom of 3 boys.

I live in Lakewood, CA, I have been having problems with motivation the entire year so no matter how long you have had your band you always need allot of motivation because this is a forever life style. I already went throught plastic surgery also.

I am banded and I was planning on going on it in January since I have not yet reached my goal but wanted a little help since my motivation is not what it use to be. I wonder if both the pills and the band together help a little???
