I also used Dr. Kuri back in 01/05 and he is now at the Hospital Angeles which is a very nice hospital and he does give great service. When I had my surgery I had it at the small hospital and the service was just as great.

I started the same day of surgery, it wasnt a problem at all.

I am doing fine, if you ever need someone to talk to send me an e-mail and we can keep in touch.

Dr. Kuri is know set in the Hospital Angeles which is a top of a line hospital I don't know exactly why he no longer works with Beliteweight but he still has the same great service and he still does my fills every time I need one. He is a great doctor.

Where can we buy Hoodia and Quick Slim 30, I had to have 1/2 my fill removed 2 weeks ago and I am so afraid to gain weight.

Usually the insurance companies will not pay for a reversal, thats why you really have to think about it and also sign a consent form saying you do understand it is permanent.

I had my band in 01/07/05 and my tubal 08/06 and my band was no pain at all but my tubal I was out for 2 weeks, my doctor would'nt do it through my belly button because she didnt understand how the band was done so she went through my pubic line with a 3-4 inch incision, it is just like having a c-section but with no baby.

This is such a good thread, at my highest I was 258 and I am currently 183 that is a 75 pound difference and I don't feel a bit different than before and I get many complements about how good I look but it even gets me mad for people to notice me now. I don't feel the way I look but in my case I don't have much time for me so I havent worked out like I use to before I had my baby, my band baby was born April 06 and I still can't get back into the lossing phase like I was before. I also see a 243 pound person in the mirror and I hate that feeling.

I am married for the second time and I would'nt want my new husband to adopt my 2 kids, they already have a dad and a piece of paper isnt going to make him lover her more or less, I think that even though your x signed his rights away he is still the dad and will always be, it's kind of sad that you would fight for something that till know wasnt necessarly to make you guys happy and for everyone to love each other like you have been.

Has anyone every heard of this drink: You have to drink 8 ten ounce glasses of this concoction every day. For every 1 ten ounce glass you must have: 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice (16 tablespoons) 2 tablespoons of Grade A Dark Amber maple syrup (16 tablespoons) 1 pinch of fresh cayenne pepper. Water – enough for 8 ten ounce glasses Drink for a minimum of 10 days. A friend of mine did this for 10 days and lost weight, she said its a detoxication drink that is good to clean out you system and also help you lose weight but you can't eat at all just have this drink and you can also have peppermint tea and water. Should this be something I can do to help kick start my weight lose agian???

She got the information from a book and she did it for 10 days but she only had the that honey and lemon tea along with peppermint tea and lots of water, on her day 11 she did just orange juice and yesterday on her 12th day she did fruits and a little but of veggies. I can totally notice her weight loss, now she is starting to really watch what she eats.

I also have a small band, I had surgery in 01/05 but I have lost very slow especially because I got pregnant half way to reaching my goal. I started at 243.4 and I am now 179, my baby is 9 months old.

I also had my journey kind of interupted by a band baby. I had surgery 01/05, found out I was pregnant 08/05 and my baby was born on 04/06, I was also very upset when I found out that I was pregnant because I was down 40 pounds and wanted to loss 40 more. My baby is now 9 months old, I only gained 23 pounds during my pregnancy so you think it would be easier for me to loss be back on track but its been really hard. I really admire the fact that you are able to go back on track because its so hard to re-start. Good luck!

Only if you can't eat at all. I got pregnant 8 months after I got my band and I was filled to 2.2 and he took out 1.1 which left me at 1.1 through my entire pregnancy, I only gained a total of 23 pounds during my pregnancy.

Am I the only one with this holiday nightmare, I have gained back 5 pounds in the past 3 weeks. :help: There is food :hungry: everywhere here at work, at home and everywhere I go, and I seem to have no self-control. Is anyone in the same boat??? How can I get back on track, I am trying to lose to 165 by April and this way I think I will be going up before I go down. Everyones response made me feel so much better and about the willpower I don't seem to have any lately. I do need a fill which makes it worse because I feel like I don't have a band right know and my choices are really bad let me give you an example: Yesterday: Monrning chocolate chip cookie from AM PM Break Potatoes with beef and 1 corn tortilla lunch Groud beef enchiladas (2 corn tortillas and cheese) Break strawberry cheesecake pound cake (only had 1/2 because I saw it had 520 calories). 1 bag hot cheetoes dinner Steak with refried Beans with 2 corn tortillas Isnt that bad and I know it!!! I seem to mess with my band when I know I am not restricted I see what I can eat so that's why I'm going for a fill next month I am due. Thank you ladies your replies made me feel so much better.
