    Ice Coffee

    I make my own at home too but I use the fat free hazelnut creamer (although I know they make a sugar free, I haven't tried it yet ) and I add some Splenda to it too. Much cheaper than McD's/Starbucks!

    Anyone not like fruits & vegetables?

    Most veggies (especially the green ones :present:) are not my friends :thumbup:. The only veggies I like are corn & potatoes and occasionally carrots (as long as they're not cooked) ... Although I try to steer clear of corn & potatoes these days because of their high carb count, sometimes I do allow myself maybe 1/4 - 1/2 Cup when I make them for my family. Another option of something to eat after your protein is cottage cheese, if you like it. I find it goes well with beef or chicken and hey, it's more protein! :Banane34:
