I love Unjury! I added the Vanilla flavor to a cup of coffee last week, it was pretty good! As someone previously said though, don't add it to anything over 130 degrees or it'll clump on ya

I'm not much of a coffee drinker but I have had a few cups over the past couple days (to be exact, 1 yesterday and 2 the day before). I was under the impression that the coffee itself has no calories but I have been including the calories from the creamer & splenda in my daily caloric intake and of course have made sure not to go over my limit ... today I weigh myself and I am up a pound I blamed the coffee and added it to my "do not consume" list

You are very welcome!

If you can find them where you are ... try the packages of Butterball grilled chicken breast strips. I find that they are tender & juicy, easy to eat ... also good with salsa, ketchup, or whatever sauce to help it go down easier. :biggrin1:

Congrats cazulay! You're doing an amazing job! :biggrin1: Welcome Tammy! Good luck with your 2nd fill! I had a weird PB episode earlier this evening (I know, TMI) ... ya'll might (or might not) recall I had to go for an unfill last week because fill number 3 was wayy too tight and I was PB'ing just about everything. Well, since my unfill I've had no problems except with the pain of the "first bite syndrome" but no PB's. So earlier I was eating dinner, there was no first bite syndrome pain-in-the-chest and all was going down good and then all the sudden with no warning I PB'd ... I'm wondering if it was the corn I ate. Has anyone had a problem with corn? Figured my band might not like the little corn skins ... who knows! Back to liquids for the next day or so and no more corn for me ...

Hello Lucky 7's ~ I hope ya'll had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I did pretty good, am really proud of myself. I did allow myself a small slice of apple pie afterwards (don't tell the food police :paranoid) :biggrin1:

My husband was against it but I went ahead and did it anyway. It's my body, my health and he had no say in the matter. His reasons for not wanting me to have the surgery stemmed from his own insecurities. He was (and still is) so afraid that as soon as I lose weight, I'm going to leave him. Because I chose to proceed with my surgery despite his objections, it caused ALOT of tension in the house ... he didn't speak to me (and slept on the couch) for a couple weeks leading up to my surgery, and an entire month afterwards! He has since accepted it and now supports me in my journey. You do what you need to do for YOU ... don't let anyone stand in your way.

Tried it once ... up @ 3 and to the store by 4. The line to get in was literally wrapped around the entire building ... said screw it and went home back to bed

Hello & welcome! Congrats on your decision to be banded ... I returned home the day after my surgery and immediately resumed "Mommy Duties" ... at the time my little guys were 2 & 4. You should be OK, if he wants you to hold him just sit down and let him climb up onto your lap ... try not to do any lifting. Best of luck to you on your weight loss journey! :biggrin1: -
