  1. I get the munchies at night too ... do you like pork rinds? I love the picante flavor but found that the spiciness irritates my pouch when sitting in there so I bought some plain pork rinds instead ... 1/2 oz is 80 calories, no carbs & 8 grams of protein. Just had 1/2 oz and feel full :tongue:

    WOW! :wink2: That's exactly how I think! Was just talking about it in my blog the other day. When I look in the mirror, I still see the ugly fat girl. When I go clothes shopping, I still start off browsing in the 3X section because my mind keeps telling me that anything smaller won't fit. I haven't been able to allow myself to really see & appreciate how far I've come because in my mind, I'm still the fat girl that everyone points & laughs at. Hopefully someday my mind will catch up with the rest of me! :pray2:

    Spicy Food

    I've always loved spicey foods. I've found though that when I eat, for instance, picante flavored pork rinds and as it sits in my pouch before going down it tends to irritate my stomach giving me a stomachache and a feeling of wanting to puke. I finally figured out (after a few times) that perhaps it's the spiciness that is causing the irritation. Everyone is different though ... just have to find what works (and doesn't work) for you! :pray2:

    How is your body reshaping?

    Well I had 3 c-sections and so I have one of those unattractive hanging pouches ... it's getting flatter but still hangs. What bugs me more are my bat wings ... as far as body shape, I started off as a pear and now I seem to be an hourglass :smile:

    1) I am just really nosey now... what is everybodies Marital status...??? Married to my high school sweetheart ... we have 4 boys, 3 living on earth, 1 living in heaven. 2) Does everyone live alone and cook for one?? Nope! 3) Who prepares family meals and who eats what they cook their family? I do the majority of the cooking and depending on what I make for them, sometimes I'll eat it too. 4) Or... do you prepare special meals just for your bandster self? I'd say 75% of the time I make something seperate for myself after cooking for everyone else. :cool:
